With increased sensitivity to red hues, improved exposure at the recommended setting of ISO 400 and less grain than its predecessor, this reworked color-shifting film is a violet breeze that will blow the cobwebs off your creativity. The wonderful thing is that you do not need any filters over your lens or special handling or processing. Just load and shoot!

Is LomoChrome Purple an Infrared film?
No. Whilst the Lomography Company inspired by awesome infrared films such as , they decided to make LomoChrome Purple a regular color negative film and not Infrared. This decision was made based on feedback they received that people would love to get the effects of Infrared film without the hassle of using additional filters.

How do I develop LomoChrome Purple?
LomoChrome Purple is developed using C-41 chemicals. We recommend  (They ship international!)

Do I need to use additional filters to get these effects with LomoChrome Purple?
No additional filters are needed to get these effects: they are produced totally naturally.
